Refund policy

Due to the customized nature of IT consulting, strategy, and engineering services, payments for completed milestones and consulting hours are non-refundable.

Future project phases

Deposits for a future project phase are refundable until work on that phase begins. Once work has commenced, the applicable deposit may be applied to work performed and is not refundable except where required by the applicable written agreement or law.

Ongoing engagements

Clients may cancel an ongoing monthly engagement by providing 30 days’ written notice, unless their signed agreement specifies a different notice period or termination process. Fees for services performed and approved expenses incurred through the effective cancellation date remain due.
